Position Overview:

The Tech Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and efficiency of our photobooth systems. This position will involve troubleshooting technical issues, providing support to field technicians, and implementing improvements to our systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position is based out of our home office in Nashville, TN with regular work hours of 12pm-8pm Tuesday-Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians & offshore support reps, assisting with troubleshooting, problem resolution, and system upgrades.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to our photobooth systems, including hardware, software, and networking components.
• Collaborate with the product development team to identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements based on customer feedback and field testing.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices guides for internal field technicians to ensure consistent and efficient support operations.
• Monitor system performance and reliability, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to minimize photobooth downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Manage support ticket pipeline in Hubspot.
