Position Overview:

The Tech Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and efficiency of our photobooth systems. This position will involve troubleshooting technical issues, providing support to field technicians, and implementing improvements to our systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position is based out of our home office in Nashville, TN with regular work hours of 12pm-8pm Tuesday-Saturday.
