Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

• Manage scheduling for executives, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other logistics
• Handle travel arrangements for internal team, including accommodations, transportation, and meals
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and agenda preparation
• Provide administrative support such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintaining the filing system and contacts database
